About LinkBacksBeing bigger means in theory it is easier to hit the players, even when running, makes the game more noob friendly.
Previously, where you had to aim AT the person when they were running, now you just fire wildly in there direction to get a kill.

It doesn't seem to work properly anyway. I definitely should have veteran status from BF 2142 and BF Heroes as I've played both of those online recently and I have played BF2 and vietnam in the past as well, yet I have no veteran status in BFBC2.
I dont think veteran is based on previous BF games you have played. I am pretty sure its to do with ranking up.

It's do do with other BF games linked to your EA account. My name has a 3/4 next to it can't quite remember.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Now that I am playing sort of regularly again, I decided to check out the M1. And my god, it is much better. Not sure if it got a major buff or because of the hit-boxes or a combination of both. But it is amazingly good. The clip is a bit limited, but to use something like this you need relatively good aim. Providing you are a good shot, no reason why you can't kill anyone in 3 or so shots.
Was getting a bit annoyed last night with the amount of people still using the M60, so I decided to whip out mine. Never had so much noob killing fun
The exact same thing happened to me aswell, the m1 is surprisingly good, it aint a sniper weapon but it packs a good punch

I cant get the damn veteran thing to link up.It should have my 2142 thing there but it doesnt. Anyone tried the MOH beta yet?
Doesn't work or me either. I read that if you contact EA customer support they can fix it, but I've not bothered yet.
