At the moment I enjoy most of my job - (I don't enjoy been on call but I get silly money for it). The office is a great laugh, my team gets away with murder as far as office banter. The big boss has stuck in the far corner to him in the open plan office - I think he realizes we do a good job so he leaves us to it.
I find my work challenging but ultimately unsatisfying. I'm happy in it for the time being as I get on really well with my colleagues and I'm building up experience that will ultimately land me a better job.
So on the whole, yes I enjoy my job.

Agent (29-06-2007)
Because we all love arrogant estate agents with too much money.
I used to support 500 branches of them, the more money they earn, the more arrogant they get... it's a proven correlation. The ladies who do all the admin for a pittance, lovely. The suited up consultants... don't get me started.
I work, well maybe not any more, at pizza hut in the kitchens. Graduated last year and i think I've done my time here and it's time to get a proper job. I work damned hard, constantly having to fight with most of the management to get the job done and I'm sick of it. Not as bad as before Christmas when I was doing 60+ hours a week but I'm telling my boss tonight that I'm leaving. He knows it's coming and the summers are quiet so I need to get away now before he realises he'll be screwed without me come September when sales triple again.
Estate agents, recruitment consultants, used car salesmen - what's the difference?
sheep.
If you knew how much work and stress went into the job you would think differently.
Its not even a sales job, you cant sell a house to someone that doesnt want one, its a service.
The sad thing is untill you have been in a bustling office and seen how hard it is then you wouldnt know, but its so stupid to stereotype.
I've dealt with Foxtons before - I stand by my comments.
Its down to the particular person isnt it, not the company to an extent.
Regardless of how you were treated its not an easy money job, where theres time to be arrogant and walk around looking down on people
