The only issue I have is when people drop a silent but deadly and then have the nerve to blame someone else, usually the person who smelt it but said nothing so as not to embaress the guilty party.

i found out if you fart over MSN using the voice clip thing you can save a copy after, a proud moment the day i caught one

I'd say it depends on where you fart. If it's in a restaurant and it's a loud one I'd say that's plain rude, but still funny. If you can't help it though, I suppose there's nothing you can do about it in any circumstance.
