Hahah funny suggestions.
Here is a quick something.
When I was told on Monday that basically the relationship was over I was extremely upset, I mean I cried like a baby, for a good while. I actually walked out of work, soon got a text from the boss, so let them know, they were cool with it. But then on the way home, on the bus, I was filled with..anger, I was almost praying for a chav to try and cause trouble...just so I could get into a fight and vent like hell on them..but I am glad I didnt.
I went home, blubbed to my mum, went upstairs and just lay on the bed in complete silence.
I changed my sig (Thanks Evilmunky) to cheer up anyone who sees it.

don't let Tak or Stevie see it!!!
It's amazing what range of emotions you go through in a break up... it gets easier though.
Find yourself a project to work on, try another hobby, anything to get yourself out of the rut. It works, believe me!

I had possibly the 'cleanest' break from my ex, one week after she dumped me I moved, and haven't had any contact in over 2 years. I was a wreck, complete and utter - I've never experienced anything like it. We were together for 5 years, lived together for 2 years.
I tried to get on with things, got back in contact with a few mutual friends, all was going well until I found out she was pregnant with her new bloke. Something we'd always wanted but had decided to wait until we were more financially secure. That broke me again, and it took a long time for me to accept it. It still hurts to think about it, and I'm sure it always will.
Now I have a lovely lady-friend, who is pretty much the complete opposite of my ex, I'm happier now than I have been for a very long time.
You'll meet someone eventually who will make you happy too. You'll have good days, and bad days. Soon enough the good days will outnumber the bad days, and it'll all seem like a bad dream. Trust me (on the sun-screen).
