Was upgraded to Virgin Media 20 meg download, 768 upload yesterday.

But when Im downloading a file from the internet or uploading to my ftp, I max out my full rated speed so dont get why this speed test doesnt show my connection properly

EDIT: This speed test is a bit better but still way off my connection:

Because speedtesters are notoriously unreliable especially at peak times, download a nice large file and check out the download speed.

Im on Virgin 20Mb, the pings are nice for my gaming and my torrent downloads (etc) are nice and fast.

I Have Virgin Media 2mb, So im getting the correct speeds For reference im in Exeter so the Blueyonder part of the network (telewest) and not NTL. Beats my estimated maximum on a BT line which was 1mbit... Im about 5-6 miles from the exchange at least, exeter is a bad area as there is only 1 exchange serving the whole area and thats in the centre of the city. But Virgin that doesnt matter so wheee
