Unless you have line bonding that's an error, Speedtest can report very wrong speeds, usually caused by caching on your PC.

For some reason the new server on that site gives me constant good readings (On a 10mb line). The ping is way to high and should be in the 20's (at least it was when I last played any multiplayer)

Not bad I suppose for an 8Mb line - ping seems off though, my ping is always in the low 20's when gaming

If only it were this fast at my student address :S and as stable...

Only about 600m from the local exchange. Result is not representative, normally get more like 19Mb with multiple connections downloading via Usenet.
