Tends to around that, which isn't too far from the advertised speeds.
Standard Sky DSL here. Does an ok job but a bit of a drag when you go to grab a game that's an 18GB download followed by 2.5GB of patches!
Well, here is my BT Business Eternity, sorry.. "Infinity" result:
I was getting about 0.21Mb download in the week, I'm not sure if it was a tech fault or high usage on the BT side of things, since it happens fairly frequently.
I have BT broadband and because I live in a small village 8 mile off the closest town my internet is irritatingly slow for a family of 6.
Speed test says I have 4mbps down and like 0.3mbps up in reality I get 350kbps download peak on steam its really annoying especially when someone goes on the pos bandwidth hogger that is called netflix going on anything is near impossible it makes it go that slow.
On BT and awaiting the Infinity package that is rolling out at the momment. It's the upload speed that is my personal 'handbrake' with my current package, though faster download won't hurt me any.

Not too far from the center of Manchester, ADSL only in my building. The buildings next door have fiber though...
It's OK for what I do at the moment. I want to host various things here but the slow upload makes that impractical.
Interestingly, when I use an encrypted VPN service, my up and down almost DOUBLE. BT traffic shaping for ya....
Virgin Media..it is fast enough but it gets boosted automatcailly later this year
