no, that's interesting, looks a little "unreal" though
still, food for thought, thanks
From this year's Spring airshow at Duxford, towed glider tests before the main show
^ LIke the framing in that, really dynamic shot.
Just finished my final project for this year - was all about combining text, imagery and photography in cool ways, so thought would post here

lovely shot Bob
I went for a walk in the gardens at work yesterday afternoon.
This was some mean looking rhubarb. It was about 7 feet tall. I don't know what it actually is.
Some fungi about 9 feet up a tree. I had to hold the tripod above my head so I couldn't see where it was pointing but it seems ok.
An iris.
I took this photo a few weeks ago at work. This duckling was all by itself for over a week. It wasn't following any adults and there weren't any other ducklings a similar age at the time. I haven't seen it for a while. C'est la vie. I'm surprised it lasted that long, actually.

Lovely photos guys, Bob's duckling shot had my girlfriend squealing, very cute indeed. Really like the fungi shot Kid Chameleon.
I like the angle of the B24 Rugger, and the colour, the light has a nice quality to it. I'm always amazed that those WW2-era heavy bombers ever got off the ground. Must've been fun/terrifying to be the tail gunner in something like that!

thanks I've taken plenty of photos of this plane in the past, but the new 10-20mm gave me a chance to make a feature of the Lib's unique "chin". The light was an unexpected bonus, helped by a partial b & w conversion
