Pretty in Pink by George.Yoda, on Flickr
That any better? Also tried to get some more bee photos, uploaded a couple of the better ones, the AF was a little hit and miss with all the flowers/leaves.
Then had a little play with photoshop, not used it a lot before, but still pleased with how it came out:

Was a bit bored last night, so was looking through my catalogue and playing with the presets on LR4, I never thought anything of this shot, as it was pretty high iso and quite soft, at f/1.4 and slow shutter speed, but I quite like the cross processed look. Not good enough for my flickr, I'm starting to get quite critical with that, but will go well in my Pets album on facebook.

Err I'm opening them in photoshop, sometimes playing with the white balance/some of the auto settings (since I still don't really know what I'm doing in photoshop) then resizing them and saving them as .png since that what photoshops defaults to.
Should I be saving them as something else? (and is the EXIF data the shutter speed, ISO etc?)
It might because you are saving the images as .png, AFAIK .png won't carry the exif data. TBH you're better off saving the images the images as jpeg after you've played in PS.
If you are going to be serious with your shooting I would recommend lightroom, if you are a student/teacher/work in education you can get lightroom 4 for £60.

Ah, fair enough, is it possible to just replace the photos on flick with jpeg versions? Or would I have to delete then reupload? Losing number of views etc (not THAT bothered, since I only made it last week, but is interesting none the less)
Yeah I've been recommended lightroom, not tried it yet though.
