Easiest way is to click on the Insert Image button, then paste your image link. Then highlight the whole image line and then click on the Link icon, paste your link and click ok. Example; (try quoting this post to see how the tags work)
Found it! for anyone else wondering, click the picture you want to share and click share, and its the BB code that you want.

Looks like a little blurriness either due to diffraction or resizing/jpeg - could probably up the sharpness/contrast to compensate and bring out a bit more drama.
