Without the RAW it's hard to 'show', but I dislike the balance, saturation and vibrance.
The Blue is just so out of whack. That kind of blue is always going to be tricky for a camera like yours, thank bayer, but look at the links on Tower Bridge, the blue just bleeds into the sky, with a nasty attack (on the edge, I'm using signals processing lingo I guess) this gives a weird effect, that makes me ask if its some automated CA reduction thats run rampant. Look at how the Tower's tops have changed colour and blurred into the sky.
But it becomes so jarring, the problem is what is it we should be looking at? The guys face? His jeans mixing with the sky and floor, or the strange blue shadow that creeps in from the thing on his belt. Look at just his boots, in isolation, how do they work vs the rest of the photo? It isn't really quite real is it, it's almost uncanny valley esk.
I'm guessing local contrast (clarity) has been tweaked, because it the edges around high contrast all look wrong. Ignoring the colour just look how the buildings on the north bank blend into the sky.
Sometimes really is a case of less is more.
