    Neither? your B+W conversion has gone skew when adjusting your sliders.. and the colour version looks over exposed..

    Ok i reduced the exposure and highlights on the colour. What do you sugest I should so with the black and white mix sliders.

    By default:
    red -7
    orange-16
    yellow -20
    green -25
    aqua -19
    blue +7
    purple +14
    magenta +5

    i then adjusted the yellow and green sliders.

    Load in the colour version to Photoshop - make a new "solid color" layer, fill it white or black set the mode to "color", make a new "curves" layer - adjust to suit

    I tried my best to follow your instructions and heres the result:
    I am a complerte Photoshop noob. In Phtosohop it has a warmer yellow colour but when exported its completely black and white?
