Whilst you might not pay anything, and therefore not get a refund, Scan do still have to pay for it

Worth letting Scan know if CL are not playing the game. Having said that, I have had things delivered well after 6:30 on occasion, when things have gone wrong for CL drivers on their route.

City Link tried to deliver on couple occasions to me at 8PM and then updating tracking info that it 'apparently' happened at 5:20.

Hehe, once I had a poor worn out City link driver turn up in a taxi, the local CL franchise was run by a taxi firm at the time, cant have been much fun for him that day.
