When you have over 90 servers, 13 replacement units aint that much. Going to see if I can fold on a few of them going forward if possible but most I wont be able to. Just their test period of a week or so.
oooops!
ended up in meetings all day at work so didn't log in to my dev server... so it's been folding all day
sadly, after finishing another 2M WU it picked up.... another 2M WU. *sigh*
Still, 8 finished: should be into bonus points next w/e
3.6K points per 2M WU is fine for me considering it's an accessory to my GPU folding.
True dat Queelis, 250k WUs are the worst, 2M Wus are fine compared to them. 250Kers take an immense ammount of time.
yeah, I'm pushing 5k points already, which I guess isn't too bad. Definitely need to give the 8400GS a go though, see what happens might have to push it under a different username so I can tell how each one's going...

Just use Fahmon or HFM. Gives you ppd for each client.
Use HFM.NET, it shows you the bonus points (essential for SMP folding monitoring).
I'll let scaryjim catch up with me now I think, stability testing of the new computer over Just did a bit during the daytime to check temps for a realistic fully loaded scenario. Roughly 14 hours per 2M unit on the CPU, 4870 can do 384-511 point units in ~4 hours. Temps and stability fine, but iTunes starts to introduce interference to music when flat out folding!
So does fahmon now in 2.3.99.3

Only thing with hfm.net is that it is telling me I should be hitting over 42k+ppd but I'm not according to both stat sites.
How do you get Fahmon to show bonus points then?
I prefer fahmon tbh as it's installed and not an exe afaik. I got the new version and I can't find it :S
I got three of the new servers working today. I would of gone for more but the air con in our preparation room cant handle the heat. lol
Awesome! I take it that ppd figure is slightly off then? you don't seem to be getting 85kppd...
