Not sure what is preventing the downloading of the BIGADV work units.
Is it worth while deleting the log files, and all traces of the work previously done and re-starting the installation with cleared stats on the servers to see if that'll force the re-start. I can confirm that bigadv units (I asume they are as I'm getting jobs that take 3 days to process and they give 80k+ points when submitted! - is there a way to check?) are out there and running fine.
Upped my clocks to 746/1980/1100 (upped shader most as that makes biggest difference) temp is 74C under load so that's fine by me, should get an extra few ppd...
In an attempt to grab a few extra points I folded last night and tonight to get this 2M out of the way before the weekend. Last night I started it when I left work (~5pm) and when I got into work this morning (~10am because I had to stop into the server room on my way in) it'd managed to complete... 29%. Bloody 2M units.
Perhaps I can talk work into getting me a Phenom II X6 to swap in for the Opteron Quad I've currently got in there...

Sadly, I'm basically broke until after christmas and need to put in a ~ £50 specialtech order for the last few fittings & fans etc., so that's not going to happen until the new year...

Are people using the GPU 3 fermi client still getting the horrible 1,298 point WUs? Reeeeeally getting annoying - my average ppd is significantly lower than what it could/used to be.
Well my OC on my GPU has raised the ppd by about 20%, well chuffed
yeh, pretty grim, like 20% reduction in ppd
Anyone know why a 2M unit would only be using half my CPU? It's no wonder they take so long if they're not making full use of my four lovely cores! Still got another few hours to go on this one...
I think they just do that, seem to remember that happening here too.
