PSN Restoration Timeline Update (full of info this one)

"I know you all want to know exactly when the services will be restored. At this time, I can’t give you an exact date, as it will likely be at least a few more days. We’re terribly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through this process".

I admit it's not the best online FPS game out there, but it still got good reviews (again not the best, but still good enough). I actually really enjoy playing it, i mean whats not to like about opposing factions battling it out on massive maps with upto 256 players? There's also character customisation and development (no set classes), different game modes, dedicated servers, etc... I think people need to play it a bit more to really appreciate it.

I think the game is fine as it is

Its not a case of them patching up security. As has been said, they are essentially rebuilding the network to make it more secure.

    Until it's secure, probably.

    Re: PSN down

I've just got Demons Souls and also been playing FF13 and Red Dead Redemption, so plenty content there to keep me going for a good while. I only play online occasionally and then its Borderlands or AC : Brotherhood. The PSN Store is the main thing for me followed by Vidzone and Lovefilm, as long as they get it back up completely secure the wait will be worth it.

I *download* OR BUY USED for certain PC games which I still haven't played if they are about £10.
I game on my PS3 for MW2 MP, FFXIII SP and EA ACTIVE 2.
I also like to watch streaming anime on the browser.

    Re: PSN down

So what games are you folks opting for: I own Wipeout HD (no Fury), have owned LBP (meh) and I own Quest for Booty (Good Fun). So probably: Infamous and Dead Nation.

Also Modnation and Killzone for the PSP.
