Payback. Everything in this movie is perfect. Just talking about it makes me want to watch it again
I believe its 20 useful posts, but I may be wrong

Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back
Ferris Beuller's Day Off. My answer to this question changes daily though..
the best film of all time as someone just pointed out to me is the matrix first movie, was there a better big screen movie ever, yeh it's complex but it was just mindblowing, yeh your goin to say, buts the acting ****!reaves is wooden, you can't judge a film on affects alone, right!wrong what makes a good film?what makes a good film great, what makes a great film into a top movie of all time? i know it's the acting, the effects, the drama, the tension, edge of your seat it's a combination of them all...
yep like critic said it's smaltzy, like it or loathe it the film that most people talk about is TITANIC.
personally i go for gladiator,it's all about preference..
Withnail and I
This is a pet hate of mine (so are vocal grammarians on forums, but that is by-the-by). "My best film" implies ownership in the content of the film; it should surely be "my favourite film".
Anyway - my bestest films am:
The Big Lebowski (If I'm after a laugh)
or
Children of Men (If I'm after some soul-searching)
Having seen it at the weekend, finally, I'm seriously considering "In Bruges". It is absolutely chock full of brilliant quotes - NSFW!!!, great performances and a great script, and even the IMDB parental guidance for it makes fun reading...
nichomanch - that is a great film - to my surprise the wife loved it too.
loved the monologue at the end.
