I doubt it - that happens on speedtest sometimes, it reports a far greater speed than you actually have probably due to caching. E.g, I'm on 10 meg:
Actual download speed was 10 meg, tested on several downloads. Cable companies set the maximum speed on your modem and unless something goes wrong you'll never get higher bandwidth than what's assigned to you.
Stockholm is closest and gives a lower latency, but also lower throughput:
Malmö is right down the southern end of Sweden so gives a higher latency but higher throughput:
These results are on a 50Mbps down/10Mbps up connection through cable ISP "Com Hem".
