I'm serviced by the same depot as the OP, one thing I noticed was that home delivery could be variable, but it was about 80-90% successful, however since I started getting them delivered to work it's been 100% - it seems they don't want to try fobbing a business off with the failed delivery rubbish..

I agree, I get my deliveries to work - middle of Norfolk countryside - no problems, always comes if its out for delivery.

Apologies for the hijack - but I too was expecting my order yesterday and got it today.

City Link do guarantee next day delivery from the point of dispatch, which means if this does not happen a claim can be made.

"Please PM me your invoice number and we will sort this out today for you."

Chris I wasn't going to bother mentioning my issue but if you are able to make a claim for a late delivery and Scan can actually receive some sort of recompense then I guess I should - you help us, we should help you.

My order wasn't time sensitive and I didn't take any days off work to wait for it (delivery to my office) so I wasn't affected at all - so in that respect, yet another perfect Scan order.
