i cant believe what has just happend. after the debacle of the first phone being 'lost' the second one has been nicked as well, i assume by the driver as i have been in my house 9-5 the last 5 days and it hasnt arrived but they have claimed someone called "maxo" has signed for it. and i cant even order the third one as the only guy who can do it has gone home from carphone warhouse call centre and im working for the next three weeks every day so i cant be in to get another one! am so angrya t city link i almost cried!

I too used to Hate City Link. They refused to leave stuff with next door, even after I said to them I was always at work during delivery times. I had always had to drive to Kidderminster, about a 30 mile round trip to collect my stuff, and afte work, during rush hour ( a misnomer if ever there was one) took hours. Have got my bosses to let me have things delivered to work now, and no problems since.

City link are generally ok for me, the depot is located somewhat conveniently too... However, the people working there are just plain daft. Can't find half the stuff that's waiting for me, don't know how to read consignment numbers (I have to point out errors to them). They've always found my stuff in the end but sometimes it's a lot of waiting and insisting they check again.
