Got to agree with you there . But you guys know as much as anyone you need a whole load of luck to win the champions league, and when we've had the squad to have a chance luck has been against us. I still think we should have done better in the last 10 years in europe, though.

is it not said that you make your own luck.

and you guys have been one of the dominant teams in football for the last 15 years you should have won more than the one trophy.

i'd love a liverpool man u final being a pool fan, think it would be brilliant.

imagine if we beat you in the final we would never EVER EVER shut up about it.

we just have to beat the most expensive team in the world first,

Good result last night for united. Thought we deserved a win, although we struggled to get hold of the ball at times in midfield. What was that penalty about? I can't stand mancini. No class, greedy, terrible delivery and he's probably the worst diver I've ever seen!

Barca next. I can see it going one way or the other to be honest. You can't really discount a team with a frontline of henry, eto'o, messi and ronaldinho. You know what they say about class and form . I pray chelsea win the semis. Even if we got through to the final and beat liverpool they'd still be harping on about getting into the final.
    Its OK.

In previous seasons Arsenal may have been entertaining, this year, BORING. Not many people would disagree (spelt correctly) with that.

A joke is still a joke, whether i copied it or not, as usual Arsenal fans on this forum have had a sense (again spelt correctly) of humour bypass

    Re: Champions league Thread

To call Arsenal boring is like saying Spurs will win the European Cup/Gerrard isnt a diver or Rio Ferdinand is intelligent.

Even the most ardant haters of Arsenal with a brain cell wouldnt call them boring.

    1-1 Final Score

Very very lucky by Chelsea. Until the goal, the first half was like watching paint dry. The second half was much better and Liverpool should have finished it off. And what the hell was Riise was doing? Why didn't he use his feet?
