So the new patch should hopefully hit us next week on Wednesday with a bit of luck, although the majority of people who are posting on the EA UK forums are complaining about how the game is severely broken and unplayable. However when I occasionally login and play I find the game to be working fine, there are a few issues with hit detection and some of the weapons stats but they will be addressed when the patch hopefully hits next week.

Have only just recently started playing this game properly. Rank 12 I think..almost 13.

Prefered classes are either scope or assault. dont mind engineer but hate and I mean hate medics, one of the most over powered classes on the game. That my stem from playing matches with clans that go 6 medics which means there tickets NEVER drop and the only way to beat them would go medic based, which I and my clan refuse to do as its cheap and lame.

Generally I stick to my clans server which is often quite full and well administrated. We dont take crap, Dont take whiners and definitely dont take cheaters. I have started to enjoy the game and it is definitely more enjoyable if you play with a group you know who can communicate well.

Me and three clan mates took the remaining two mcom stations on a map by ourselves because we worked as a team, watching each others backs and that kind of thing, one medic for the group, the rest assault. It's amazing what 4 people can do when working properly together.

Yup...

after a lot of trials and tribulations, all versions of the game client has now completed qa successfully.
We will do no more testing on it.

All game servers will need to be taken down for updates. The maintenance period starts on wednesday jun 30th at 07:00am (gmt+2). Most of them should be back up by 11:00am (gmt+2).

during this time window, we will also release the new game client.

Check back after 11:00am (gmt+2), and try out the new game client!

the client patch is approximately 890mb large. The list of changes is pretty much the same as is listed here. I'm going to write a post which explains some of the background behind the delays later tonight.

Just got my game today. Went straight online and was a sniper. I shot an enemy three-four times at range but he didnt die. Am i doing something wrong? Also once you do the initial right click zoom, is there a way to zoom further?

This game features bullet drop. At medium to long distances, you need to aim slightly higher than normal to get a headshot.

It can happen, the person who killed you may have had magnum ammo on as well (stopping power basically). You know if your aiming right when the X comes up after a shot - eventually you will get the hang of it. Soon it becomes routinely possible to snipe someone from 'A' too 'C' depending on the map.

^^This I am a culprit for this. I love waiting until someone gets on the UAV then blowing there brains out, I have unlocked i think its the third sniper rifle, not sure of its name(SAV summet or other?) and love it, have hit targets that were sprinting and jumping in the head with this thing, nothing quite as satisfying as shooting someone in the head and watchin the body flop while remaning zoomed in .

Or my other favourite, dart a chopper, get rpg out and lock onto to chopper, wait for it to fly, fire rocket, buh bye chopper.
