Camo nettting doesn't seem to do much for you on it's own, stack it ontop of the comm skill and you can remain hidden over quite a distance.
The main bonus coming from the skill I believe.
However the moment you fire you greatly increase your chance of being spotted.
Also be careful in TD's moving or rotating your tank cancels the camo bonus for a short time.
I'm starting to wonder if a premium account also affects the matches you get, I've not bought mine for a couple of days so I can get a 3day account for less gold and I've not been in any all heavy matches with my A20 since
@Allen, the 3 starting tanks are just bad, but you'll only ever be up against other starting tanks or tier 2 light tanks, as Gerrard said, they are not fast, have tissue thin armour and wimpy guns (well a couple of the upgraded guns are ok)
My issue with the Leopard is that that tree path goes no where, it a very good light tank, I'd say it's a toss up between the A20 and the Leopard as to which is best
The A20 is slightly faster, but the Leopard is smaller, has more HP, more armour, slightly faster turret.
The A20 can mount a more powerful 75mm gun but the rate of fire is less and the penetration is the same as the Leopard's 50mm
But the big thing the A20 has going for it is that it leads on to the T-34 and then the other soviet medium tanks.
Both the A20 and Leopard are the true scouting tanks IMO
EDIT: I didn't bother with the expensive radio on my bt7 (that thing is 22k in credits and 5600research and it's part of the A20 upgrades) I funded buying the A20 mainly with my panzerjager TD
