unfortunatly not, id rather they wernt saved too as i wouldnt want my account hacked, especially with a credit card, do scan allow postage to different adresses via credit card?

    Re: Scan's new website layout

I love it, a few minor tweaks still needed (which is to be expected) , but much faster and efficient.

    Well done.

seems to be okay, atm i prefer the old one, but im sure once the tweaks of the new one are done, i will grow to like the new one.

One good point is that it isnt a busy as they old one.

+1. I really liked the old site, I think the layout was better in that you could easily scan the screen and find what you wanted, but also as others have said it now seems that you had to wade through a mass of options to find product listings and prices. If I wanted a quick price check on any hardware, Scan's site was always the place I went to as it was simple and straightforward to use, unlike those of competitors such as Ebuyer. It would be good if some of that functionality were returned imo.....

And I have to say I don't like the look of it either, it looked more professional before.

But that's just like, my opinion man.

    Re: Scan's new website layout

The website doesn't load at all for me unless I allow it in Noscript.

Just a heads-up, thought that might put off some customers.

looks nice, but the layout is messed up especially the front page where the motherboard product shows NVIDIA 280 GPU picture?

Most sites will at least load and have some functionality.

I seem to be having problems creating an account. I complete the create account steps, am thanked for creating an account, but I receive no confirmation email and cannot login with the information I have given. The site throws me back to the login screen with no error message.

I agree, only we can find all those little flaws and errors by poking around

    Re: Scan's new website layout

When i click on the link for coolers at the top of the forum it takes me to water coolers not coolers generic as it used to - not sure if that can be fixed without increasing the list to include the new extended range of products

I think there are too many people playing with the new site - it is very slow.
