    Newer driver on ftp?

I saw on asus ftp that there where drivers for Chipset and Lan dated 03-01-07, they are not visible on asus site only the audio driver.
Are they newer and did someone try them with Vista, I went back to XP so can't check it myself? (because standby wasn't working and i also had a unknow device "PCI Simple Communications")

    Thank's

    Mika

    Hi there.

I have been thinking about investing in a Barebone system for use as HTPC and ASUS T3-p5g965 seems very interestring.
I am just a little curious about a few things that I've read here.

    1. What resolutions are supported?

    2. How about customs resolutions with powerstrip for example? Anyone tried? (with the built in X3000)

    3. Are the PCI and PCI Express slots tightly squeezed in? Would a decent gfx-card work along with a PCI-TV-Tuner?

    Cheers
    Tobias

FreeFrag you should read previous posts on this thread. It doesnt support any HDTV widescreen resolutions, and i couldnt manage to get any custom ones with powerstrip. If anyone else had better luck let us know!

PCI Simple Communications controller issue persists.

Can Scan not exert some pressure on Asus - for goodness sake there still isn'nt a proper manual, but the product is being sold to builders! Rubbish x2

    Bios 0503 and Vista

Sorry jamesjfa I went back to XP because of standby not working and the PCI simple communications controlller issue.

Hope that these problems are over now?

    Mika
