thanks for the compliment, it was only on processing that I realised the colours of the Sea King were refracted through the Mustang's cockpit, one of my favourite shots of the day.

All of these were taken on a 300mm lens on a Sony A700 (so 35mm equiv 450mm) and are cropped as well.
Do you know how long they are supposed to be there for? My wife has wanted to see them for ages but every time we go they aren't there...

One from late the other night up at Haweswater - looking across to The Rigg and Rough Crag with High Street covered in low cloud. Been up some ravines and gullies on a waterfall hunt.
Spotted a Goat/cow today on the way back from my grandma's. Looked quite funny.

I've been slacking, so I decided to potter about in the garden yesterday.
Blue tits are surprisingly fast. Shot at 1/125. Even the shots at 1/200 were a blur if they were moving. I set up my camera with my 50mm 1.8 on a tripod then used a wireless shutter release.
I set this one up with some foam board behind.
For this one I stuck my flash into the bush behind the flowers. It could have done with some light on the centre of the clematis.
