never had a problem here. what do you mean connecting to it? connecting to it wirelessly? over ethernet? accessing the router page?
have you tried on other os's to connect to it?

Wirelessly. I've given up, tried 2 different wireless cards and no luck, fresh install's too. I've got for ethernet power line units, works a treat.

On the other hand, my Linux box, Vista x86 box, Mac all connect fine over wireless?!

yes it still holds, you'll need to be getting the unlimited or higher package and someone else must have the same to refer you. don't worry about posts it'll soon climb up as theres plenty to talk about on the forums

hey moogle thanks thats was quick lol i just posted my message i thought this thread was long forgotten!....and yeah obviously am going for the unlimited how about you what dya have? bet u filled up 6 slots already! ...how does it work anyways what rqrd info are involved ?;-( i just wanna get away from my dreadful isp! asap, i wanted to sort this out over the weekend probably going to migrate tonight thats why i was looking for an obiwan kenobi

me i've got be value sadly. but the process is you give the referrer your details and they submit that to bethere. Ie you give your name and the email you will register with. then from there i dont know how it goes but if its successful ( i have no doubts why it would fail anyway ) then you both get 1 free month. I just lost 1700 kbps off my download speed since this friday.

Modem kept disconnecting every so often and when everything stabilised my speed had gone from 4600-4700 kbps to 2800-3100 kbps.

Anyone know what to do ?

I have not changed anything at my house, so it must be something at the exchange or at Be.

What are you looking for from the setup CD? Most of the utilities are available online (usually the generic Thompson versions)
