Well I'm not the only one complaining about the pricing; lol the federation are lobbying for lower prices.

Makes no odds for me. Got 800k in the bank and an A rated Viper that's probably only worth about 2.5mil. Still with the way bounty hunting is now I might be able to do something about that...
TBF res/nav are still better payouts (or were before haven't tried since patch) as you're less likely to find yourself alone vs. 2 anacondas and get rekt.
In other news, they've confirmed the non trade (Presumably combat rather than multirole as well) ships will be getting reduced in price before the end of the week. At which stage I'm getting vultured up. In the meantime I haeve cities:skylines!
That makes no sense, even before the update, as conflict zones are packed with people on both sides. You should have no problem finding fellow greenies to back you up.
If you're enough of a silly sausage to ignore who the other ships on your side are targeting and go after an Anaconda by yourself, that's another matter...!
But as mentioned, anything smaller is pretty easy to annihilate with a well-kitted Asp, Vulture or Python anyways.
Has anyone been in a wing yet? Maybe a hexus wing!
My point was more that the bounty on a typical wanted ship is significantly more than the combat bond, and they're much easier to kill with much lower risk. Although strong signal sources are my new fave.
I don't know if its a bug at my end, but are people finding that attacking one wing member doesn't turn the rest hostile?
New patch just been announced. Some fairly big changes!
- Fix crash in Hyperdrive, usually encountered when navlocked onto wingmen
- Fix for low level GUI crash loading into game
- Increased earnings from bounties
- Increased earnings from combat bonds
- Increased earnings from selling exploration data
- Refineries show up on the internal panel again and can be turned on/off
- Added shortcut key binding to open system map
- Fix issue stopping shield generators being repairable if fitted in some slots
- Fix issues with Fer-de-Lance scooping
- Stop toxic cargo damaging modules you cannot repair such as radiators or the cockpit, power plant is still corroded though!
- Fixed incorrect reference to mouse axes for headlook controls
- Fixed the onionhead paint job
- Freelook Y-axis disabled when Starport Services tab opens fixed
- Surface scanners also have a range, and should therefore have a range field in Outfitting Item Info
- Should now be able to switch back to Starport services menu if you check the comms panel whilst docked
Server side Changes:
- Decreased purchase costs of Vulture, FerDeLance and Federal Dropship
- Credited all Commanders who currently own a Vulture, FerDeLance or Dropship with the difference in prices for the ships and armour.
- Increased sale prices of exploration data
- Jameson Memorial in Shinrarta Dezhra now always stocks all ships and modules
- We always recommend Commanders carry enough credits to cover insurance costs, but if the worst does happen, maximum available debt levels have been increased to 600,000 credits. Fly safe, Commanders.
Apparently Vulture is down to £5m. Kind of makes sense in comparison to viper/cobra price balance.
Holy hell. The vulture is well OP. And res hunting is now awesome. Just been on for about an hour - £1.2m 4/5 pythons, and 3 dropships worth about 100k, 3 anacondas for £200k each and some cobras/eagles to make up the change.

Just started mining for the first time and it is rather fun. Not only am getting cash from mining, but also from bounty kills. Epic. Does anyone know where to get a class 2 mining laser? The chunks i am blowing off are low percentage and a higher class will get better ones.
Has anyone done any exploring? Has that had a income boost?
Seems to have. I only handed in one system that I happened to stumble through, and it was rather spread out so I only bothered surface scanning the sun by the nav beacon in that system. Seemed more money that usual, enough that I might try going on a proper explore expedition this evening to try it out.
