The body of the plane is sharp on close up,but the wings are not(wing flex or the plane oscilliating?).





The last two are sharp(used higher shutter speeds).

If I embed the pictures as pngs instead of jpegs they look sharper in the browser(??).

Have a play with the presets Sleepyhead (lots of free ones out there as well) Some can make a good starting point for your pp.

Its got a Hobbit sort of vibe to it!

My attempts at B and W conversion,are somewhat fail in comparison!!

Hey guys,

(i'd rather just ask her instead of making a thread)

I might go to an airshow soon at some point, would be nice to take some pics - any tips for someone who has never done so before? Used to taking very static setup shots, new to tracking, panning and the correct kind of shutter speed to get nice motion, propeller etc

Equipment wise, these are the options i can take with me - 7D or 5DMKIII, 24-105 f4, 24-70 f2.8, 100 f2.8, 55-250 f4-5.6, 85 f1.8 ??

I guess i could just try whatever and learn!
