I'm on Sky too and have slowly seen my speeds decrease over the past 12 months. Might be a little phone call going there way soon.

Not for me. Tokyo is better for me than Nagoya (but that's due to Nagoya being flaky at the best of times) even though the Tokyo server is around 250 miles away and Nagoya is like half the distance (around 110 miles).

Yeah the physically closest server isn't always the best, letting speedtest choose one automatically usually gives you a good one though in my experience.

Re: Your broadband speed - post here

When my fiber went live in the initial hours my closest server in London gave me high speeds, with French servers the speed dropped off a bit. It's still 24 hours so I will keep an eye on it. Was getting worried when I was only getting 6mb download speed.

    37.04 Download Speed
    1.63 Upload Speed
    23 Ping

This is somewhat a miracle for my internet. I don't usually get even half the download speed on most days...and that's when my internet is actually up. Talktalk aren't always the most amazing ISP X_X.

Suppose to be a 60mb/s connection, but I think I hit my cap today due to Steam download of ARMA + DLCs. So this is the throttled speed.
