Any chance of a link m8, cheers.

The board gets to verifying the DMI pool data then reeboots(this happened once I installed the V12 bios.

    Re: fatal1ty fp-in9 sli

anyone knows if there is any chance for having bios #15?

using 14 is a mistake for me. maybe someone can say is there difference in overclocking between #13 beta and #13 official? i would be grateful for such info because i would like to avoid situation which was described 4 posts before.

    thank you

Yeah, I had the same thing. However, manually changing to 2T made all the difference.

Supports all Core 2 Duo (including E6x50 series) and Quads (B3 revision, not sure about G0 but don't see why not):
    http://www.abit.com.tw/cpu-support-l...-core2-duo.htm
    http://www.abit.com.tw/cpu-support-l...core2-quad.htm

May need a BIOS update for them to be recognised and automatically configured.

It should do but can't say 100%. Penryn is the codename for the die shrink/core revision (45nm), Yorkfield is the quad core, Wolfdale is the dual core.

    Re: fatal1ty fp-in9 sli

Anyone had any luck Overclocking a Q6600 on the FP-IN9 Looking to upgrade from my current C2Duo soon as the Q6600 are really cheap. Am looking to get somewere near the 3GHz mark as i want noticable improvement from my current 3.2GHz C2Duo to make it worth while.

    Thanks

    Re: fatal1ty fp-in9 sli

After months of playing around with different settings on my motherboard, I was finally able to get a decent & STABLE over clock of 3.2ghz(E6600) with temperatures of 32c IDLE and about 40c load.

My question is has anyone here been able to over clock their e6600 to 3.4ghz on upgraded air cooling? That was my goal from the beginning but 3.2ghz seems to be the limit right now. Anytime I try to go higher I get bios freezes.

    My Current settings:

    8x Multi
    1425 - FSB

    Memory - 833mhz @ 5-5-5-12 / 2T
    Ram Volt 2.1v
    CPU Volt 1.4v
